Operation Manager

Requirements

Education

• Master’s in Supply Chain or Business relevant field

Experience

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 30 years

• Experience: Extensive experience in a Diagnostic Center or Hospital, including experience in sales, marketing, logistics, and financial management.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, people management, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as ERP systems and export documentation software.
• Knowledge of: International trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics practices.

Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency.
• Implement operational policies and manage standard procedures.
• Coordinate with medical, lab, and support staff to streamline workflows.
• Monitor supply chains and inventory.
• Solve operational issues and enhance service quality.
• Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities for team members.
• Set clear performance goals and track progress toward achieving them.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor key financial metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and sales costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
• Lead and motivate the team of professionals, including sales managers, marketing staff, and logistics personnel.
